Shipping Policy

We ship to all countries deserved by our Post Office or EMS, depending of your location and shipping choice. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We will do our best to shio your order within 1 week (with exception of group buy), but we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery times. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated times.

We guarantee that our goods will be delivered undamaged by the shipping process. Thanks to a well elaborated packaging.

It is your responsibility to keep track of the deliveries of your order, and to inform us if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged within 14 days of receiving it or 30 days from the date it was shipped. Please note that any notifications received after these timeframes will not be able to be processed, and we will not be able to take any action in such cases.
